SHB is led by Steven Hersko, a real estate financing and investment professional who has closed over $5 Billion of commercial real estate transactions. Loan sizes have ranged from under $1 Million to well over $100 Million. His keen understanding of what it takes to close a deal makes him sought out by both loyal and new clients, recognizing that the cookie-cutter mortgage banker may not have the ability to resolve their needs on the more difficult of projects.
Steven received a BS in Finance from Touro College and lives with his family in the New York City area, where he is a respected member of his community.
